As you might have guessed from my name, I am a lover of history and of the Founding Fathers. I have a special appreciation for the relationships that can develop between men and women. Certainly the Adamses enjoyed an unusual personal and spiritual union and it inspires me! I am from the Mid West, and you may pick up a trace of it in my voice. I was anxious to leave my rural surroundings after graduating near the top of my class in history at a large Mid Western university, go Big Ten! I joined a sorority and partied for four years...fabulous! I've just moved to New York to seek fame and fortune. What I've found is much more mundane, ie an internship in trade publication writing. While not exactly a major magazine or newspaper lol, it does put a few scraps of bread on my table and keeps me intellectually stimulated. I'm hoping to save enough eventually to go to graduate school in journalism.
